Deep-freeze products: All types of chicken, bread, puff pastry, brownies, chocolate
souffles, cookies, muffins, croissants, potatoes*.
The consumer is entitled to pay using a credit, debit or prepaid card.
The store has an approved POS card acceptance terminal.
The consumer has no obligation to pay if he does not receive the legal document
(Receipt - Invoice).

The store is required to have complaint protest sheets in a special place
next to the exit for any protest.
*The potatoes are pre-fried and their preparation in the store is done in the oven.
In stores with a kitchen that has a fryer, we use potato sticks, which are pre-fried,
deep-frozen products and fried in sunflower oil.
